How to add network printers via command line in AD?
How to map network printer for all users on workstation?

SOLUTION:
The following command will aloow you to map a share printer for all user on the workstation.

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /q /n "\\server\printer"

This also works with:

Windows Vista
