PROBLEM
Recieve Error: "No such interface supported" when trying to install Windows Vista SP2
Recieve Error: Error: "E_NOINTERFACE(0x80004002)" trying to install Windows Vista SP2
SOLUTION
Launch CMD Prompt as Administrator
Run the following command
net localgroup administrators NetworkService /ADD
