PROBLEM:
How to configure PPTP pass-through on Cisco PIX 501 / 515 /525 / Cisco ASA 5505 / 5510 / 5515?
Allow GRE outbound on Cisco PIX or ASA

SOLUTION:
Add a fixup protocol.

GRE will be dynamically permitted.
